Hi  @HL11111 ,

The "Couldn't load the schema for the database model" error is usually caused by connectivity issues between Power BI Desktop and the data source. This can be due to one of the following reasons:

Whether the connection string, credentials, location, and connection mode of the data source have changed

You can try the following steps to resolve this issue:

  • Make sure your computer is connected to the correct network.
  • Make sure your data source is up and running.
  • Ensure that the connection string, credentials, location, and schema of your data source are correct.
  • Ensure that your data source's firewall is properly configured to allow Power BI Desktop connections.
  • Make sure that your Power BI Desktop is updated to the latest version.https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494
