Couldn't load the data for this visual: Expected equal values

That's a good one indeed.  As you probably know Power BI always aggregates, unless you tell it explicitly not to. In a table visual that happens as well, but the order of the columns should not make a difference on the outcome of the aggregation.

Since you show multiple rows with the same text you must have disabled aggregation manually, or have included a unique value column.

Please provide sample data that covers your issue or question completely, in a usable format (not as a screenshot).

Do not include sensitive information or anything not related to the issue or question.
