Couldn't load the data for this visual - Direct query

Hi,

I am using direct query connceting Azure DataBase to build my report. 

It went fine when I am in the BI Desktop. However, after I published it and open in the BI service, all visuals are not working and shows the alert below. Could you please advise how can I fix it?

Or do I need to create the firewall rule for all IP address for each user who need to get access?

    Hi, Anonymous 

     

    Please check if your report has RLS set first. If there is no RLS, try creating a firewall rule for the IP address of the user you need to access to test it out.
