Do you have a Power BI Pro Account as this is only available from users with Pro.
How do I check wheather I have a pro account?
Since I am a Microsoft partner employee with an active v-; don't we get this access by default?
I would like to share a dashboard with MS FT's along with capability to refresh dataset as well.
Please suggest.

Hi AjMeha,
What you get is expected. Vendors will not be able to create O365 Groups. Only FTE’s will be able to create. This change has been implemented by Product Group team several months ago.
