Couldn't create new chart when using Charticulator Visual in Power BI desktop
Hi - I have clicked the link to other template just want to test it. The link leads to Charticulator website only for your information. However - when I got back to pbi and try to create my own chart, both of the buttons " Create Chart " and " Import Template " are greyed out / unclickable. Already tried restart computer and open/ close pbi many times but the problem still remains. Would appreciate it if you could help me on this - I attached herewith the screenshot as proof that both of the buttons are greyed out. Thank you in advance. Chadil B.
Anonymous - You have to add your own fields to create your own chart or to use a downloaded Template.

Anonymous , You are in zoom mode, press back to report, and then try.
Also, make sure you are on latest version of power bi

amitchandak Hi - still not working : ( , have also tried to uninstall and re-install pbi for serveral time and both of the buttons still greyed out.
