These measure work

M = SUM('Data Base'[Movimento])
Measure = CALCULATE([M],'Data Base'[Centro de Custo]="1 - Receitas Liquídas com Vendas",all('Data Base'[Conta Contábil + Descrição]))
Measure 2 = if(max('Data Base'[Centro de Custo])="1 - Receitas Liquídas com Vendas",BLANK(),DIVIDE([M],[Measure]))
