Could not sort columns in matrix visual from A to Z . I could only able to sort 1st column

Hi, 

I am trying to build one matrix visual, and i need to sort on columns (single column at a time to validate data) but i cannot do it.

I could not sort columns from higher to lower (A-Z) .

 only first column in matrix visual could able to sort.

Plz suggest

Are you trying to sort the matrix by multiple columns？If not, please show us  sample pbix by onedrive for business. Please follow the steps by harpareetsarao's reply in https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Order-multiple-columns-in-a-matrix/m-p/135815

Would you explain more about your issue with some screenshot? I can't get you well. Are you trying to sort column in hierarchy? Would you please refer to the similiar post: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Sorting-by-Particular-Column-in-a-hierarchy/td-p/637482

Hello Dedmon, Thanks for your resoponce. 

For exaple i have three columns like below sshot, and this is a maxtrix visual:

1. when i sort on name i can able to sort from a-z and z-a.

2. Now when i try to sort on employee Id from higer value to lower value. it is not working. it will remain same values

Hi Amith, Thanks for your responce. Acctually am facing issue while sorting indivudual column in matrix visual.

columns like: employee_name, Employee_id, level etc.. when i sort employee_name it is working fine , but when i try to sort on employe_id sort is not working. same issue when i try sorting on level column. all are text feilds.
