Try this option. 

Go to Power BI Desktop--> Option and Settings-->Data Source Settings

Clear the permissions and restart the Power BI Desktop. This is where all your prior connections stored. Either you can clear all the cached ones or a specific one you are connecting to 

It should resolve the issue. We had the similar issue and doing the above steps, it resolved the issue
