Corrupted file
Hello,
I start to make some views on the Power BI desktop and I save it, when I opened it again showed up a message that explain the file was corrupted.
How it happens and how can I recover it?
Best regards
Hi, VitorXavier
There is a auto recovery feature in Options, and please update the power bi desktop to the newest version, and rebuild the model see you the issue still occurs.
Corruption can caused by many reasons. Does this issue happen to all your previous pbix files or just a specific one? If all PBIX files have this problem, consider it to be related to the version of the desktop. https://docs.microsoft.com/power-bi/fundamentals/desktop-latest-update-archive?tabs=powerbi-desktop#august-2021-update-2967010
This is the relevant document, hope to help you: https://docs.microsoft.com/power-bi/connect-data/desktop-error-launching-desktop
