Corrupted PBI Desktop
Hi NeilAm12 ,
Have you published the report to Power BI Service? If yes, please try to download the PBIX file from PBI Service.
If not, rather than directly double clicking .pbix file, open Power BI Desktop, click File -> Open -> Select the corrupted pbix file. If you can see a yellow ribbon saying “open in autorecovery mode..” Click on it and the file will be opened with the version before it got corrupted. Also, you can go to the auto recovery folder to see if there is any recovery file there.
Besides, please try smoupre's suggestion here to see whether it works for you.
Best regards,
Yuliana Gu
