Copy row selection in matrix visual and maintain data structure as show in visual

Use case is to be able to copy a selected row in a matrix and maintain that fat row strucutre when pasted to clipboard.  Out of the box a user can click on a row in a Matrix visual and copy the selected row.  That's great.

When it is pasted from the clipboard it reverts back to the same csv format that one would get by exporting the data from the ellipse.  See below

Any ideas on how to maintain the "transposed" matrix structure into the clipboard as shown below? (Without the wrap caused by the table column size.)

ForecastHour8/7/2020 0:008/7/2020 1:008/7/2020 2:008/7/2020 3:008/7/2020 4:008/7/2020 5:00etc
ForecastValue000000etc

Work-around currently is to paste into Excel, copy columns and then Paste Special with transpose.  Thanks.

HI @jmg80525,

Unfortunately, export and copy features only get the raw records, you can't keep original data structures. Perhaps you can do some transform on these records or submit an idea for keeping the current dataset to export.

@jmg80525 unfortunately you cannot copy the data in a similar format what is in matrix. Vote for this idea on ideas forum.
