Hi all,
I have a customer filter (Smart Filter by OKVIZ) on the front page and I want to duplicate it on the next content page. Although the filters are synched, the filter on the second page does not adjust when I change the filter on the front page.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @AlexandraDEHH ,
Which kind of Smart Filter by OKVIZ you used ?Smart Filter by OKVIZ or Smart Filter Pro by OKVIZ?
As I tested,Smart Filter by OKVIZ could not sync between pages, and Smart Filter by OKVIZ Pro could sync between pages(Smart Filter Pro update available!)
Wish it is helpful for you!
Best Regards
Lucien

Hi Lucien,
you are right, the Smart Filter cannot be synched. I am now using another filter, thank you!
Please make sure to check the Sync and Hide Icons in all the related pages where the slicer data need to be selected from Sync Slicers panel. If is not working, by following above mentioned approach, please delete the slicer and recreate it .
Thanks swathi_20, however I am not working with slicers but with a filter from an external developer.
thank you Amit, I cannot share the pbix file, because there is sensitive data in it. I am not working with slicers but with a special type of filter that behaves differently
@AlexandraDEHH , I tried the same stuff in this video and I was able to sync the slicers
Is some visual filter not passing?
Can you share a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
