Currently, to my knowledge, using the default copy+paste it will always override to the default theme (very annoying especially if you use black themes and the charts get blanked out) options can be:

    • Sniping tool has you refer
    • copy paste from Power Point since you can show visualization as image
    • Or a paid option is https://www.powerbitiles.com/ and add-on that connects to PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

  • Hi Anonymous

When you copy the image from Power BI Service the grapich return to the original theme of Power BI, this is a "bug" that is present for a long time and the copy paste does not assume you current theme.

However currently with the new PowerPoint option that you can link any report to your PowerPoint there is no need for the copy paste and you can even have interactivity on your report.
