Copy Permissions from reportto report for multiple user

Hello,

i have been strugglin setting up permissions on a report for multiple user.

The scenario is as follows:
- There's a report, where 100 Users got access on.
- To leave the productive report untouched i have generated a copy of it as developement-version in subfolder called 'DEV'. During this process, all userpermissions of the productive report got lost on the copied developement-version.
- When dev-version is verified for rolling out it needs to be adjusted to get the meta-information about userpermissions from the old production-report.

I have been checking alot, but cant see any different solution as copying every single username manually, paste it into the "add user on permissionstab of the report" and resetup the permissions.

Update: For the moment i have done this manullay, what took me alot of time.
I know usergroups exists, but some reports need individual permission-rights so that not for every single report a usergroup can be created.
The inputfield allows only a single username to add. I have tried

DOMAIN\username1; DOMAIN\username2 <---- has not been accepted by powerbi-reportserver

username1@host.com,username2@host.com <---- has not been accepted by powerbi-reportserver

username1;username2 <---- has not been accepted by powerbi-reportserver

Also tried different seperators as ',' or ';'
Isn't there any different procedure getting permissions set for multiple user on a report?

There's nothing. As you do, use distribution lists whereever possible.
