Copy OLS in Tabular

Hey,

 

I want to implement quite a detailed OLS in Power BI among a number of roles. I'd ideally only like to do this once, rather than repeat myself for each role (there are a large number of tables, and I want to restrict access on a column level on some tables). Is there a way to copy the OLS from one role to another? I'm new to the tabular edition so sorry if this is a simple question

    Hi Anonymous ,

    Based on your description, you want to copy the RLS role definition at once so that it can be applied for multiple roles. I'm afraid that it could not support in power bi desktop currently.

     

    Perhaps you can submit the requirement to ideas and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas
