Hello, I try to test Copilot in Power Bi. I have enabled all settings which seems necessary, but Suggestions with Copilot is greyed out and it's showing this error: I have Premium ...

I tried it with 3 different Power BI reports, with import models, without RLS, no OLS, even report with only sample dataset, but "Suggestions with Copilot" is greyed out and it's showing the same error for al of them.

Greg_Deckler It's enabled. I have it's screenshot in the first Post (in picture 3.).
What else can be the reason? Maybe Q&A should be disabled and not enabled?

  BI007 I don't see that particular setting in your screen shots from your first post. That setting is File | Options and settings | Options | CURRENT FILE | Data Load. Unless I missed it, your screen shots were of Prevew feature settings and tenant-level settings. But, assuming you have it enabled and it is still not working, you're probably looking at a support case because I'm out of ideas.

  And if it is not there, then you could post it.
  
  If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

    Greg_Deckler Thanks for your reply, it is enabled too:
    
    I'm using Premium Per User license. Maybe Q&A setting in Tenant should be disabled instead of enable? Is it worth trying? I shoud ask about it to Tenant Admin. No other things left to test
