Convert whole number to decimal

Hi, 

 

Would like to ask your help in converting my my whole number to decimal. In this example, the values are 1.00 but the totals are 1.99. Is it possible for my values to be 1.00 & 0.99?

@icdns , First on make that as decimal in power query and then in column property make it decimal with 2 decimal place
