Convert "CW12" to date formate, such as 16th March 2020

I have a table with columns such as CW12, CW13, and so on.  I could update column headers at the data source, but as its not my data, ideally want to leave it as it is.  Therefore, is there a way in Power BI to convert the column headers into date format? so CW12 would show as 16th March 2020 and so on.
