Convert logic to text

Hello, I have 3 type of logic value (0,1 and 10) and I need convert to text form in new column. Does enyone know this basic problem (I am beginner).

    Hi Taylor,

    Based on my test, you could convert your data in query editor:

    Or you could convert it in data view:

    Hope it could help you.
