Convert logic to text

Hello, I have 3 type of logic value (0,1 and 10) and I need convert to text form in new column. Does enyone know this basic problem (I am beginner).   Thanks.

    Based on my test, you could convert your data in query editor:

    Or you could convert it in data view:
