Convert datetime text to real datetime format

Hello,

I hope all will be good and healthy. I need a bit support maybe this community can provide me some tips.

I need to convert datatime (from text) to datetime (Real datetime format) so i can calculate the difference between them.

Below you can see the example. 

I have to calculate the (maxtime -mintime). 

Current format is (M/D/YYYYhh:min)
