Convert column with hexadecimal to decimal

Hello, 

is there a simple way to convert a column with hex numbers to decimal nummers?

I have a file which is always in this format with 8 columns of hexadecimal numbers.

I mean column 7 to 14 which are always decimal 0 to 255.
