Convert UTC to EST time

Hi 

I have a below column in UTC

I would like to convert the above UTC into EST timezone

I tried the below code

DateTimeZone.SwitchZone([[DateofReading]],-5)

Getting below error

I checked other posts but had no success. Can anyone advise?
