Convert Matrix into a Table

All good, I've used Excel to get this sorted and then got Power Bi to pull that info from Excel

I'm pretty sure that I miss some of the requirements you have to meet.
Why do you not "just" change the visual from Matrix to Table?
Mark the Matrix visual, then change the visualization type by selecting the Table visual from the the Visualizations pane.

If I convert to Table, then I'll lose the pivoted values 😞
I want to use the columns 'Auto logged Email' , 'Email', "Portal' etc from here onto another table
