Convert 2 Measures to Calculated Columns (Sample PBIX File attached)

I have, in the example, 2 tables joined together by "Absence ID" and then have 2 working measures that 1) count the number of days during a period that are backfilled by someone and 2) count the number of unique backfill staff are used during a period.

I would like to convert the 2 measures to calculated columns on the "Absence Record" table.  Is this possible and if so, how?  If I simply change the measures to columns, the values are incorrect.

Thanks

Does anyone else have any input or is the solution supplied by Todd the only option (apart from the working measures I already have)? Thanks

Thanks, I was after a more tidy soulution without having to create a new table.   I have measures that do what I need, but was hoping for calculated columns that I could add to the exisitng table.

You could create a DAX table using the SUMMARIZE function:

My Table = SUMMARIZE('Absence Master', 'Absence Master'[Absence ID], "Min Date", MIN(Date0, "Max Date", MAX(Date)...

This creates a table with the aggregations as columns.
