Conversion of text to date/time

Hi friends,

I have the following text column (order_dt) which I need to convert to date/time (Convert the text to date/time  format exactly how we see it as a text). Kindly assist with the dax for the new column I can create? The option to change from text to date/time does not work.

Hi @Kratos_ZA,

What happens when you modify the data types on the power query side? Can you please share some more detail about these?

In addition, I check the snapshot and found they included the millisecond part. If the change type operation not works, you can try to use replace value feature to remove the '.0' before changing to data types.
