Moving all my Graps to Power BI. In Excel I have a the colour of each activity (I have 100s and they change with each report) in a table I use for graphs. I have a fset colour for each Activity
Is ther a way to have a referenc table to colour graphs or store the colour againce each activity in the source table or any other ideas on the best practice for controling the colour of graphs
Below is a Sample form Excel
I have over 300 activies all with a set colour, most activites don't appear in the reports, so when I refresh I don't want Power BI allocating the colour. Usually about 20 get used in a report. i.e. I want the Activity "Phone (Landline)" alway to be red, but it might only get used once in every 5 refresh
I think you can use themes available in view tab and control it at theme level
