Control charts in Power BI?

has anyone used the product winchart before and tried to replicate some of the functionality in Power BI.

 

specifically what i am referring to is to create breakpoints in the data via a line chart, so if i click on the line chart and create a breakpoint / i.e. control charts

    In Power BI, it's not possible to scan data region and generate chart automatically. And there's no break points in build-in line chart. You may submit feature requests on idea.
