Do you know where I can get a plain file (CSV or excel) with Contoso data?. I'm trying to do some sample dashboard for the show as a portfolio.
The information available is in Power Pivot models or Databases formats.

You can import the workbook or connect database in Power BI Desktop. Put the expected fields into a visual, then export it into CSV file. See: Export data from Power BI visualizations
