Continuous ranking is not getting for decimal values

Dear Experts,

I need ranking NPS based on job description. Here NPS is  Measure and it contains the decimal value. i am missing continuous ranking.Please help me.

_Rank = RANKX ( ALLSELECTED( Testtbl), Testtbl[_AvgNPSSelectionMTD],, ASC,Dense )

I tested it on my computer and everything worked fine. The result is as follows:

But I didn't find the measure "[_AvgNPSSelectionMTD]", it would be helpful if there is more information.
