Constant Line in 100% Stacked Charts

The 100% Stacked Charts give me the option to add a constant line but for some reason I can't get it to appear in the visualisation.  If I convert it to any of the other bar/column charts the line will appear but not in the 100% versions.  Not sure if I might be doing something wrong here, does anyone have any tips?

    Hello DHB ,

     

    You can have constant line in 100% stacked chart by giving values from  0-1.

     

    For example :
