How can the Flex and COBRA columns be consolidated given this data?:
Rather than trying to calculate things for each and every combination of names, I just need a single column that will give me all of each person's data regardless of the type of manager they are. Thanks!

Based on current description, it is not clear about your requirement. Is above sample table the original dataset? Or the values shown above has been aggregated?
What is your desired result? How to calculate for each and every combination of names? Which column represents type of manager?
