Consolidated Calendar view for multiple users

Hi ,

Can anyone help or give pointers on building below view using source below it?

 I tried using matrix chart , unfortunately , it is aggregating values ( Shift/Value) .So I am getting only single value instead  of mutliple values. Also , I am not interested in concantating the Values , I need seperate row for each new value.
