I have tried to report this as a bug, but I don't have access to create a support request since this has to be done by our microsoft partner.
Is there any other channel that could be used to file a bug report?

Microsoft has reported a known bug with postgresql connector as resolved on October 9th:
https://learn.microsoft.com/nb-no/fabric/get-started/known-issues/known-issue-850-postgresql-connections-additions-updates-fail?wt.mc_id=fabric_inproduct_knownissues

But I am not sure if this is the source of the new bug, or if it might fix this issue
