Connection with different accounts

Hi all!

As a consultant we sometimes work with an pBI user with ouyr client tenant settings.

I never had issues with connecting with another user through pBI Desktop till 2 weeks ago.

When trying to connect in the desktop it doesn't react:

When clicking on NEXT in the screenshot above, it still always returns to this screen above.

Consequently i cannot connect to that account.

When clicking on the SIGNING-IN OPTIONS, it gives me the following:

Truth is, it's rather a small company and they do not now who the administrator or where the notification goes:

Is this a common issue, or where can we investigate to resolve this issue?

Thanks a lot!

    Hey Amit,

Thanks for your answer, indeed, found the admin and he did reset the password.

But the same message is popping up, I don't thuink it is related to the password as I have always been able to connect to Power BI Service but not the Desktop.

    Any other propositions?

    Thanks a lot.

  • PBIbuddyh14 , Check who has access to admin.microsoft.com/, he should be able to reset the password

The first person who setup the office account may be the admin
