I've been given a report to troubleshoot where the error to fix is "the feed's metata data document appears to be invalid" -- but before I can work on that, I need to get access to the datasource. I...
Eventually we assigned the account 'Site Collection Administrator' to get this done.
Obviously, that's a very big club to hand a reporting account, and we will probably have to revisit the solution, but we need it working for now.

Forbidden Error Generally occurs because of these two reasons
1. Your Form Digest value is not correct.
2. The user you are running tests as doesn't have the requisite permissions.

Try to log in with Microsoft account credentials and ignore your organization account that you have already signed into Power BI desktop
