Connection to SharePoint 2010 Stop Working

I need help i've been trying to fix this the last two days. My sharepoint connection just stop working! the other day when i was working on my power bi desktop app and then it randomly did a data set credential pop up. ever since then i can't connect to my sharepoint site at all, even through the data gateway. every time i try to access the site it say "couldn't authenticate credentials" and this is on the desktop app and gateways. 

any ideas are appreciated.

Is this happening in the last two days on the same report? if you clear the credentials and try it again?

File->Date source setting->clear permission

If still have this issue, if there is something wrong in SharePoint, you'd better create a support ticket in Power BI Support to get further help.

No it's to ever report, but thank you for your help that didnt seem to work but i have a ticket in and the support team is helping me now.
