Hi, has anyone successfully connected PowerBI to Freshdesk? I only want a full list of all tickets so no filters etc. Could someone please help me step by step.

According to your description, you need to connect to Freshdesk in you Power BI desktop, right?
Currently, Freshdesk database is not a supported data source in Power BI desktop. If you have any concern on this feature, you can click vote button on the link below.

Flatly now auto-exports Freshdesk data to Microsoft OneDrive with which Microsoft PowerBI connects natively. Integration problem solved. Please update my response as the Solution.
