Connection not establist between Power BI PC and SQL server PC
I'm getting below error when connecting from Power BI PC to SQL server PC. Network status ok between them. Please see the videos from below URL.
I'm expecting good solution.

According to the error message you provided, you are missing SQL server configuration manager, you can try to reconfigure SQL server. By the way, the links you provided could not be opened due to privacy policy.
