Connection from FTP to Power BI

Hi experts, 

Can we get the excel file from FTP server as a datasource to power BI, which data needs to be pumped in to PBI daily? So far what I found online is, there is still no direction between FTP and power BI, according to those online posts in 2017/2018. But I am not sure if that function is available now. 

If there is no connection between FTP and PBI, is it possible if we use power automate to get the file from FTP, store in the local folder, then pump in the data to PBI daily? If we can do that, can you kindly share how to do that?
