Connection Stuck and I can't Refresh

I recently tried to publish and it’s making me verify credentials. This is fine, it’s happened before.

However, now after I enter credentials, the machine just spins and doesn’t actually verify them.

I’ve tried this on multiple different files and connection types.  I’ve restarted multiple times.

Anyone have any ideas what's going on here? Thank you.

    This seemed to be a network problem that day- For some reason, the problem was gone the next day.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    What's your data source. Is it files on the onedrive? Would you please check if you use the correct the credential? And Did please try to clear the cache on the desktop and use the latest version of power bi desktop:
