Connection Error while trying to connect with Sharepoint

I'm trying to connect Power BI through GET Data option with Sharepoint list but it shows below error for some users.
at the same time other user can connect with sharpeoint easily with the same steps.

Can you please help me to know the reason of it & how we cab tackle with such issues?

So I assume all users have working credentials for the SharePoint site in question. I suggest you clear the stored credentials for the user(s) having problems. 

File\options and settings\connection settings.   Then clear the stored data and try again
