Connecting to new Data Connection

Hi all

We have to query 3 different Snowflake databases with the same server name and url but with 3 different sets of username/password.

Until now we've had to run each connection on a separate account or gateway as a dataflow and then combine them after the event, however I just saw this:

I've created 3 new connections for these as described here:

However, I'm not sure how to now connect all 3 to a semantic model. If I make a new report in desktop and get data from Snowflake connection 1, I can then publish it and change the source in the "Gateway and Cloud Connections" panel for that semantic model to be my newly created shareable connection. But then when I open the desktop fresh to create a second semantic model to link the second shareable connection to, it remembers my username/password for Snowflake from the first one, and I can't see a way to change it.

I'd just like to get all 3 sets of data into a single semantic model. Have I mis-read that this is now possible or am I doing something really stupid and missing the bleedin' obvious? Answers on a postcard to....
