    Good call pqian, sarahs you might also check your O365 portal if you have access to it and see if there is or recently was a service outage of some sort.

        sarahs - Well, if you can't get to it via the web, then Power BI certainly will not work. I checked the same link on my own O365 tenant and it works no problem so there is something up with your tenant. I would open a support ticket via the O365 Admin Portal and see what the problem is.
