@Kasia29 ouch. That's bad, usually, there are APIs available to read the data and then use that API in Power BI. I guess your best bet is to export some reports from the system and then use that exported file in Power BI. and if they allow schedule export, it might work, run schedule export, store in a cloud location like one drive, etc and then use these files for Power BI. 🤷
