Connecting to Postgres - New and Confused

    Hey folks,

     

    IO found out that my PowerBI was very old and updated to the laest version.  The Postgres native connection worked right out of the box (I had to clear the encrypt connections to now use SSL) but other that it works great.

There is already a connector for Amazon redshift.

File --> Home --> Get Data --> More --> Database --> Amazon Redshift

 

Try using this native connentor

      Ok so is Amazon RDS the same as amazon Redshift?  I think they are different?
