Connecting to Oracle Database from PowerApps for writeback

Hi,

I am trying to create write back feature using Oracle database based on the URL below.

 

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/connecting-to-oracle-database-from-powerapps-flow-and-log...

 

Somehow the edit screen doesnt come at my end. I have table on which I have write privilege.

 

Is it something to do with license ? I dont think I have Power Apps Plan 1 or 2.
