Connecting and quering Microsoft Partner's Center Payouts API

Hello all,

 

I need to connect to Partner Payouts API Service to retrieve transactions for my company.

The API url is the https://api.partner.microsoft.com/ and the documentation API  ss https://apidocs.microsoft.com/services/partnerpayouts

 

The only way Microsoft has documented is using a .NET application to retrieve the data.

I want to avoid having to use an app to retrieve data and then store them and again reading them from a database. 

 

How can I connect to this service to retrieve data directly with Power BI Desktop?
Has anyone done this before?

      I'm sorry I haven't replied earlier. My issue is not how to connect to REST APIs in general but an alternate to the one I mentioned. That API only serves as a request to produce a csv file. My question has to do mostly if there is another supported Odata type API I can use to directly query Partners Center for payouts and rebates instead of asking the API to produce me a file. I hope I've made it more obvious.
