Connecting Slicers for Region, Country, State

I have a report that allows users to use Data Slicers (3) to select the Region, Country, and State - each category has it's own slicer.  I'd like to have these cascade - ie I select EMEA, and then only EMEA Countries and EMEA States are shown in the Country and State slicers.  Is there an easy way to force the limiting of options as when a higher level slicer is activated?
