I’m trying to connect PowerBI Desktop to our SAS server trough OLE DB.
PowerBI version: Versie: 2.106.883.0 64-bit (juni 2022)
Connection string:
provider=sas.IOMProvider.9.46;data source=SVFL-APP-P030.ndis.be;sas port=8591;sas protocol=2;sas metadata user id=SCK568@saspw;sas metadata password=test123;sas metadata location=sasoa-e.fluvius.be:8561
But then I get this error:
Any idea?
Thanks,
Filip

I was able to connect:
I had to create an internal account to connect. When connected, I can only access the pre-assigned libraries. Connection is also not very fast.
data source=SASApp;mode=Read;provider=sas.IOMProvider.9.46;sas cell cache size=10000;sas machine dns name=sasoa-e.fluvius.be;sas port=8591;sas protocol=2;sas server type=1
